About Me
I am an integrative therapist based in Laleham, Surrey between Staines-upon-Thames and Shepperton.

I feel passionately about mental wellbeing and recognise how easy it is for our modern lifestyles to create an environment where we feel unable to be our authentic selves. It seems that everyone has an opinion about everything and everyone, there are suggested role models everywhere and it can feel like someone else has the blueprint to our life. I previously worked in social care as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and those struggling with poor mental health. This work was very rewarding and gave me a far greater understanding of the challenges individuals face, but for many the biggest challenge was being heard, finding people that would listen to them and respect their choices.

I began to realise that this applies to us all, being misunderstood, having to behave in a way that matches others' expectations creates a split within ourselves. We can never be truly happy if we are not meeting our own needs. My therapeutic practice therefore seeks to enable clients to identify where their own lives might have become fragmented and see how they might adapt their behaviours to meet their own needs.

I have worked with clients diagnosed with a wide range of conditions such as paranoid schizophrenia, BPD, autism, ADHD, fibromyalgia, FND, depression, anxiety, alcohol dependency and PTSD.

I am a registered member of the BACP, NCS and GHR and I am also a qualified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured to practice via Holistic Insurance Services.
